Home Rehabilitation

This works on single family homes too. Example below: We rehabbed 3 old beat up homes in the older part of town. They were small 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes with 100% financing. Yep, still have them & the $2,320 + rents keep rolling in.

Our cost including lot for all three was $82,292. 100% financed by Wells Fargo under City of Modesto’s FACE program.

 

Multi-Unit Rehabilitation

Our book & workbook takes you from buying the lot to what each sub-contractor does and, or furnishes, how to get bids, when the sub is supposed to be on the job using our flow chart and when you get inspections from your municipality.
